How To Help

hands up edited

All your fundraising pays for nurses in the Cancer Care and Haematology Unit, as well as supporting the staff by financing training opportunities.

At the moment, we’re funding much-appreciated wigs for people undergoing chemotherapy, who sadly lose their hair. We are also helping to maintain the equipment and structure of the CCHU, ensuring it remains at the forefront of cancer and haematological care.

If you’d like to help, why not set up your own fundraising event? Take a look at what others have done for some inspiration!

No matter how big or small your contribution is, we really appreciate your help. All your donations over the years have contributed to making CCHU the caring treatment centre it is today.

It’s easy to fundraise online

To ensure that we receive as much as possible of your donation, we have partnered with Golden Giving.  This not-for-profit organisation was started to minimise overheads and make sure as much as possible of your donation goes to the charity. They make no profit from the donations themselves, in contrast to other on line organisations, which often charge up 6.3% of the money given.

It’s really easy to set up your own fundraising page on their website.
