Aylesbury freemasons build on their support
By CCHF in charity donation freemasons

The masonic movement has long been a strong supporter of the cancer and haematology treatment service in Buckinghamshire.
And the latest donation to our charity, the Cancer Care and Haematology Fund, has come from the Aylesbury Masonic Lodge, based in Ripon Street.
Our picture shows Charity Steward Tony Bevan presenting a cheque for £1,000 to SACT Sister Anna Cook at the Cancer Care and Haematology Unit, Stoke Mandeville Hospital, and some of the clinical staff (left to right): Remya Ushakumari, Hannah Evett and Liza Nketiah, earlier this year. Also in the picture is Tony's daughter-in-law, Kate Miles, who continues to receive treatment at CCHU and who has herself raised many thousands of pounds for cancer charity.
The latest donation follows on from one for £2,300 made by our friends at Aylesbury Masonic Lodge in 2023.
We are grateful for these wonderful donations which continue to help CCHF provide financial support for projects that benefit patients being treated and cared for in Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust facilities at CCHU, the Sunrise Unit in Wycombe Hospital and in community settings across Buckinghamshire and neighbouring counties.
