A lot of bottle at Cuddington!

A bottle tombola at a popular village family event has raised nearly £500 for CCHF.

The tombola was organised by Cuddington's Laura Ewers, with her family and friends, and was part of Cuddington's wonderful Dog Show and Family Fun Day, held at the village playing fields on Bank Holiday Sunday, 26 May. The event was sponsored by local dog grooming business, Love of Paws, and proceeds supported the Cuddington Playing Fields Association.

Despite the mixed weather (sunny and showers) Laura's tombola stall, which was packed with bottles of all kinds, raised £461 - more than expected.

We are so grateful to Laura and her team, and to all of the dog lovers and kindly Cuddington folk who supported us.

  • We can't thank all of our supporters enough for their hard work and generosity – as well as those who donate every penny. As a small charity run entirely by volunteers, we rely on people who are keen to support patients, families and clinical staff at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust's cancer treatment centres at the Cancer Care and Haematology Unit, Stoke Mandeville, and the Sunrise Unit at Wycombe Hospital.
