The hard-working reception team at the Cancer Care and Haematology Unit (CCHU), Stoke Mandeville Hospital, have made another amazing contribution to our charity funds!
Their annual Easter raffle and sweet stall held in the Unit's main reception area raised a total of £1,513.85p - including £1,137.85 from the raffle and £376 from sweet sales.
The cash is donated to CCHF and we are really grateful to everyone who tried their luck in the raffle or bought sweeties.
Chair of CCHF Nicola Gilham also thanked the reception team: "Thank you for every minute of your time in preparing all the beautiful hampers and getting the raffle up and running … that is a huge sum of money to have raised and ensures that CCHF can continue to support patients, families and staff by delivering the ‘above and beyond’."
